3. What shipping methods do you use, and how long does it take?

We cooperate with well-known international couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail) to ensure fast and safe delivery. The delivery time depends on your location:

① USA, UK: 12-18 working days.

② Canada, Australia: 18-25 working days.

③ European countries: 21-28 working days.

④ Other countries: 21-35 working days.

5. What should I do if the package is lost or damaged during shipping?

We provide full shipping insurance for all orders. If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed for more than 15 working days, please contact our customer service with your order number and tracking information. We will verify with the courier company and provide you with a free reshipment or full refund, with no need for you to bear any additional costs.

1. What payment methods do you accept?

Please kindly understand that we accept PAYPAL only to make sure all payment processes are encrypted and secure, protecting your personal and payment information.

2. How to place an order?

Placing an order is simple:

① Browse our products or search for the battery you need by device model.

② Add the suitable battery to your shopping cart.

③ Click "Checkout", fill in your shipping address (please ensure the address is accurate, including postal code and contact phone number).

④ Select your payment method and complete the payment. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number.

3. Can I cancel or modify my order after payment?

You can cancel or modify your order (such as changing the product, quantity, or shipping address) within 24 hours after payment, provided that the order has not been shipped. Please contact our customer service immediately with your order number, and we will handle it for you free of charge. Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it, but you can apply for a return after receiving the goods.

4. Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

The price of our products does not include customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), or other import fees. These fees are determined by the customs of your country/region and are the responsibility of the buyer. For European customers, VAT will be calculated and collected according to the regulations of your country when you checkout. For American customers, customs duties may be incurred if the order amount exceeds the tax-free threshold (usually $800), and you will be notified by the courier to pay when receiving the goods.

Return & Refund Questions

1. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are not satisfied with the battery (e.g., wrong model, incompatible, or no longer needed), you can return it within 30 days of receiving the goods. The battery must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged. We will pay shipping fee, and we will refund the full product price (excluding the original shipping fee) after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

2. How to apply for a return or refund?

To apply for a return or refund:

① Contact our customer service with your order number and the reason for return/refund.

② Check how much of the shipping, we will send the shipping fee to you before you return battery to us.

③ Pack the battery properly and send it back to us.

④ After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process the refund within 3-5 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

3. What if the battery has quality problems within the warranty period?

If the battery has quality problems (non-human damage) within the 12-month warranty period, please contact our customer service with your order number and a photo/video of the problem. We will verify the problem and arrange a free replacement for you (we will bear the shipping fee for the replacement). If you prefer a refund, we will provide a full refund based on the remaining lifespan of the battery.

1. Are your batteries 100% original?

Yes, all our batteries are 100% genuine and original, directly sourced from official manufacturers.

2. How to confirm if the battery is compatible with my device?

You can confirm compatibility in three ways:

① Check the model nr of your battery, it is compatible only if the model nr is same.

② Enter your device model (e.g., iPhone 15, Samsung Galaxy S24, Dell XPS 15) in the search bar on our homepage, and the system will automatically match the suitable original battery.

③ Check the "Compatibility List" on each product detail page, which clearly lists all applicable device models.

If you are still unsure, please contact our customer service with your device model and serial number, and we will help you confirm.

3. What is the capacity and lifespan of your original batteries?

All our original batteries maintain the same capacity as the original battery that comes with your device (e.g., 3370mAh for iPhone 15, 5000mAh for Samsung Galaxy S24). The lifespan of the battery depends on usage habits, but under normal use (1-2 charges per day), it can maintain 80%+ capacity after 500 charge-discharge cycles, which is consistent with the manufacturer’s official standard.

4. Do the batteries come with a warranty?

Yes, every original battery comes with a 12-month global warranty from the date of delivery. If the battery has quality problems (such as abnormal power loss, failure to charge, or capacity degradation beyond the standard) within the warranty period, we will provide free replacement or full refund, with no extra fees.
