We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled, you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. But customers can return the product to us, we will issue a refund once we receive it.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 Natural day after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Customers will only be charged for shipping costs. If there is no quanlity problem with the item, please understand we are not responsible for the postage caused by the return of goods. 

If there is any quality problem with the item, we will pay for the shipping costs. But the return must be approved by us before customers return the item to us, because some details like shipping costs, carrier and return address need to be confirmed first.

We will issue a refund or exchange an item in 1-3 working days after we receive the return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
